We value positive relationships with parents and carers to help develop better social and emotional skills in children. We know that when children are engaged with their learning, they attend school more regularly, leading to better long term outcomes.
For parenting and counselling services, visit the Family Support page, and for direction and clarity on regulations, processes and procedures at our school, read the Sydney Catholic School policies.
The St Brigid’s Catholic Primary School Coogee school family has an active parent body. Parents work in partnership with teachers to help children reach their potential. The St Brigid’s Parent Advisory Council was established to enable class parents, the principal and assistant principal to meet to organise fundraising and social events. The advisory council meets each term to assist the school in achieving its goals. It seeks feedback from the school and parish community.
